All orders take 3-5 working days to dispatch

When you place your order you will receive a confirmation email and receipt

Unfortunately, it is not possible to make any amendments to your order once your order has been placed.

RETURNS POLICY

There are strictly no returns on earrings, hats and gloves due to hygiene reasons along with SALE and discounted items.

We do not accept returns unless an item is faulty. For more information please feel free to contact us.

If you do need to return an item Lou Lou's Sparkle are not responsible for the payment of postage for returning goods

Lou Lou's Sparkle are not responsible for lost returned packages and recommend you return your items by registered post
